Magical

Hey everyone, I'm back today with a new layout to share for Pretty Little Studio using the grateful heart collection.  There's just something special about a purple and blue combo!

I used a lot of layers on this layout.  I like to add clusters of ephemera and stickers sticking out from under the photos.

I then scattered some bits and pieces with a bit of paint drops.  The background paper was so beautiful, I really didn't need to add much to it!

Let it snow

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for Pretty Little Studio using the Frosty collection.  I know it's July, but I was so excited to work with this collection, I just can't stop using it!

I had these fun photos of my son tubing in the snow, they were perfect for this collection!

I used 3 title pieces and added one to each photo.  Who says a layout can only have one title?

I then added some ephemera, stickers and stitching to finish it up.  It was a quick and easy layout!

Bundled up

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for Pretty Little Studio using the Frosty collection.  I am having so much fun with this collection.  One of my favorite color combos has always been blues and greens!  This collection is full of these colors!

I used a lot of the die cut stars and the cut apart words on this layout.  The die cut words are a must have on all my layouts!

I love these photos of my son.  He was so little.  It seems like yesterday.  I added a few embellishment clusters on my layout to finish it up.

Snow Racer Adventure

Hey everyone, I'm here with a new layout to share for Pretty Little Studio using the Frosty collection and a cut file from Paper Issues.

I live in Atlantic Canada so I have so many fun winter photos to scrap!  I loved all the snowflake pieces in this collection.

I added lots of hand stitching to the arrows to make them pop off my white background.

A quick and easy title with a piece of ephemera.  There are so many to choose from in this collection!

You & Me

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for Simple Stories using the Happily Ever After collection.  This collection was just what I needed to scrap these sweet photos of my kids when they were just 3 & 5 years old.

I fussy cut the flowers on the left of my layout from the Now and Forever paper to create a border on the side of my page.

I then added some flowers from the ephemera pack and word stickers on the right of my page.

The chipboard frames are perfect to make your photos stand out!  I love how my eye automatically goes to the center photo!

I just added a few hearts and enamel dots to finish!

Summertime love

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for A Flair For Buttons.  Is everyone looking forward to summer as much as I am?  I miss the warm days and all the photo opportunities!  I take so many more photos in the summer!

I used the Summertime collection from Echo Park and a cut file from Paige Evans.  This summertime flair was a perfect match for this!

Sometimes a simple word can describe a moment.  What better word than happy for watermelon on a hot day?

Explore

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for Simple Stories using the Safe Travels collection and a cut file from Cut To You.  I've always found boy layouts harder to do than girl layouts, I'm very much a flowers and rainbows kinda girl, but every time Simple Stories comes out with a boy type collection I am always amazed by how easy it is to work with!

This collection could not have been more perfect for my photos of my son with his scooter permit!  I mean really, the little piece of ephemera with the permit is adorable!

I backed the cut file by using papers from the 6x6 paper pad, I left some areas empty so it didn't make the background too busy.

I finished by adding a few more pieces of embellishments and some stitching.

Sweet

Hey everyone, Michelle here today with a new layout to share using the Simple Vintage Cottage Fields collection.  There are no words to describe how beautiful this collection is.  I'm always a big fan of florals and this doesn't disappoint.

I used a cut file from Paige Evans for my background.  After I added all the flower petals I stitched them all with my sewing machine and folded them to add dimension,

I used a black and white photo so it would pop more against my busy background.  I used foam squares on the photo and most of the ephemera so it wouldn't flatten the flower petals.

I added some black word strips and a few black adhesive brads to tie in with the black and white photo.

I love the way this layout turned out.  The colors are so beautiful!

Guestbook & Card

Hey everyone, I'm here today sharing a new project for Echo Park using the Our Wedding collection.  Do you ever get immediate inspiration when you see just one item from a collection?  That's what happened to me when I looked through this one.  As soon as I saw the ephemera pieces that said "The Guestbook", I knew I had to make one!

For the inside of the guestbook, I added the 4x6 journaling cards as well as lots of plain pages using the coordinating solids so there's lots of room for signatures.  I used the wood paper as the front and back covers and added some metal rings to hold it together.

I also made a card with this collection.  The 3x4  journaling cards are perfect to make quick and easy cards.  I really like this one with the couple holding hands.   I then just added a few pieces of ephemera, a sticker and some stitching!

I really like how this super simple project turned out!

Football pennants

Hey everyone, I'm  here today sharing a new project for Echo Park using the Football collection.  Now I'm not gonna lie, as a Canadian, hockey is my sport, but I always enjoy seeing how much people love their football.  Especially all the fun superbowl parties!  So I decided to do some superbowl party decorations.

I cut out 6 large triangles to create the bases and used the stickers and ephemera to embellish them.

I then glued them to paper straws I had in my stash.  These cute little decorations are sure to be a fun add on to any superbowl party!

These were so much fun to make, I just might have to throw a superbowl party!

Farm Fresh

Hey everyone, I'm here today sharing a new layout for Echo Park with the Farm to Table collection and an Echo Park cut file.  This layout is not my usual style but I had so much fun making it!

I started off with this barn cut file.  I had to use this gorgeous red paper and this cut file was perfect for it!

This chicken was the perfect size to fit behind my window.  The title was also a perfect fit!  I added a sun and stitched clouds to fill the background.

We visited a farm with baby goats last year.  Both me and my daughter fell in love with them.  Someday I will have one!  I love the animal stickers in this collection!  So cute!

This was a fun and easy layout!  Sometimes it's nice to create out of your comfort zone!

Gift and Treat Bags

Hey everyone, I'm here today sharing a new project for Echo Park using the Magical Birthday Boy collection.  I have lots of Disney photos I could have used to make a layout with this collection but I wanted to do something else to show how much fun this collection is!

I first created little gift bags by using a cut file from Lori Whitlock.  I used a kraft color background to make them look like paper bags and then I embellished.

I used pattern paper, stickers and ephemera to add color and dimension to the bags.  I layered some stickers and popped them up with foam squares.

I finished off the gift bags by adding a bit of twine on the handles.

For the little treat bags, I filled some small ziplock bags with red, black, and yellow jellybeans.  I used a border punch to create the edge of the tag and I folded it over the plastic bag.  I then added a few little embellishments.  What kid wouldn't like a Disney themed party right?

Dreamer

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for A Flair For Buttons.  I love the color pink, and I love it even more when it's matched with black and white!  I used the 5th and Monaco collection from Pink Paislee with some pretty matching flairs from the store!

These heart flairs are so cute and they come in all the colors!  Perfect for any type of project!

Black script flairs are my all time favorite.  They match with everything!
