So loved & so blessed

Hey everyone, I'm here today sharing a new layout for Echo Park using the Cupid & Co collection and an Echo Park cut file.  I don't know about you but I always love working with Valentine themed collections.  I hardly ever use them for Valentine projects, but there's just something about the red and pink!  And then when you add all those hearts and love quotes...so much fun!

I cut out the Heart Wreath cut file from the Silhouette store twice, using 2 different pattern papers.  I then layered them on my layout and stitched them with my sewing machine.

I then folded the hearts to add some dimension on my page.  I always like to have things popped up on my layouts.

There were so many cute quotes in the ephemera pack.  I couldn't pick just one so I added a couple of them.

To finish I added a frame around my page and some stickers.

Love Always

Hey everyone, Michelle here today with a new layout to share for Simple Stories using the Sweet Talk collection.  There's just something special about a Valentine's collection.  The reds and pinks make me so happy!  I had this sweet photo of my daughter all dressed up for a wedding.  It was perfect for this collection!

I used the Fringe Heart cut file from Simple Stories to create the background of my layout.  It was such a fun cut file!

I created 3 separate clusters of embellishments by using stickers, chipboard, puffy stickers, ephemera, brads and enamel dots.

My girl was so sweet in her dress.  I can't believe she's almost all grown up now!

I finished off the layout by adding some red stitching with my sewing machine

One of a kind

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for A Flair For Buttons.  I used the Boys Rule collection from Cocoa Vanilla and a cut file from Cut To You.  I love having sweet photos of my boy to scrap.

There are so many cute boy/men themed flair buttons in the store!  The adventure flair is from the store, the other flair is from the Boys Rule collection.  It's so easy to mix and match these!  There's something for all types of collection in the store!

Let's go to the zoo

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for Echo Park using the Zoo Adventures collection.  Everyone has zoo photos right?  This collection is so cute, I especially love all the animal prints!

I created the background by cutting out a bunch of squares and stitching them down.

I added lots of stickers and ephemera.  I used lots of words and quotes.

Giraffe's are my favorite animal so I had to add those as well.

Finished it off with some leaves and flowers stickers.

Real life

Hey everyone, I'm here today with a new layout to share for Simple Stories using the Hello Today collection.  I am absolutely in love with this collection.  It is so neutral, it can literally be used for any type of layout!  I decided to go boyish with this one.

I created the background by cutting out random strips from the pattern papers.  I then stitched them on my layout with my sewing machine.

I then added my photo to the center and created clusters of embellishments around it.  I really like how these chipboard frames create a focal point on my layout.

This layout was quick and easy to make.  I love how your eye is automatically drawn to the photo with this design!

Hot Cocoa

Hey everyone, I'm here today sharing a new layout using the Winter Market collection from Carta Bella and a cut file from Echo Park.  I was so happy to design with this beautiful collection.  I live in Atlantic Canada so I have a lot of winter photos!  I had this cute one of my daughter drinking hot chocolate, perfect for this cut file and collection!

I backed my cut file with dark paper because I wanted it to stand out on my light blue background.

I layered a lot of ephemera and stickers on this layout.  There were so many fun ones to choose from.  I popped some of them up with foam squares.

I then added some enamel dots and little stickers to create some clusters.

I finished off by matting 2 sides of the layout and adding some stitching with my sewing machine.
