Handsome boy

Hey everyone, I have a new LO for Feed Your Craft today.  Last November we adopted 2 cats from our local SPCA.  It was such a beautiful experience for the kids.  They both choose what cat they wanted to take home.  This big guy was my son's choice.  Tigger was very timid at first but once he started warming up to us it took no time at all for him to become very affectionate.

I used flair from the cat's life set.  I love flair buttons!  I think I add them on all my LO's!

Sweet friends

Hey everyone.  We have a new issue at Paper Issues today.  Em-brace the world peeps!  This time it's all about  Easter, world globes, travel, loved ones, hugs, braces, friendship, spring, use the March printable...

I decided to use this photo of my daughter and her friends all dressed up to go to their first Christmas formal dance.  Seriously, how is she already almost 12 years old.  As much as I miss the little girl I am so very proud of the amazing young lady she is turning into!

I used the Maggie Holmes bloom collection on my LO.  It is such a pretty collection!

Hello sunshine

Hey everyone, I have a new LO for Feed Your Craft today.  I've been digging through my photos from last summer and I have found some gems I hadn't scrapped yet!  My son just turned 14.  I'm sure those of you with teen boys can relate to how hard it is to get photos of them.  I snapped these photos while we were sitting at the pool. He was teasing his sister so I actually got some photos with a real smile!

I used flair from a few different sets. I love how they add the perfect little extra on a LO!

This is bliss

Hey everyone, I have a new LO for Feed Your Craft today. I snapped this photo of my daughter in beautiful Prince Edward Island last summer.  It is truly our happy place!  Funny coincidence, I used the Happy Place collection from Fancy Pants on my LO!  It was meant to be!  lol

Let it snow

Hey everyone, I have a new LO for Feed Your Craft today.  Being from Atlantic Canada, we really do make the best of our long winters here.  Some of our favorite winter activities include: hockey, sledding, snowmobiling, and just being outside enjoying the fresh air!  For my LO I used an older photo of my daughter when we went to a weekend winter festival.

Top 15 of 2015!

Wow, I can't believe it's already a new year.  When I look back on my LO's for 2015 it seems like I didn't get as many done as previous years.  Life is so busy lately.  My kids are now almost 14 & 12.  They are both hockey players so that takes up a big part of our time.

Although I didn't get as many LO's done as I used to, when I look at my work I can see my style changing.  I'm putting more care and effort in my work and I like what I'm creating.  Scrapbooking to me is not about how many projects I can do, it's about capturing the little moments of our everyday life.  I don't scrap chronologically so I don't have to worry about keeping up.  Scrapbooking is my relax time, my me time, it's the best hobby I've ever had.

So here they are, my favorite LO's of 2015.  Hope you enjoy them!
