January reveal at Scrapbook Nerd!

Hi everyone!  I hope you all had amazing holidays!  Mine were awesome but I'm looking forward to the normal routine to start again.  Too much eating and staying up late!  lol

This month at Scrapbook Nerd I was given the beautiful Fancy Pants Collecting Moments collection to work with.  It is a very pretty and soft collection.

I just love this pink woodgrain paper!

For my next LO, I was challenges to use confetti.  I created a "confetti" look with some Heidi Swapp mist.

I also received these cute little frames in my kit.  As soon as I saw them I knew I wanted to create a LO with the frames as the main focus.

Finally I decided to make a few birthday cards with my leftover scraps.

We've been baking!

December is here and it's crazy busy but I love it!!!  I love that we do so many family things in December.  We've been to concerts and parades, decorated the house and tree, and of course the baking!  I found this super cute hat at the dollar store and I knew my daughter would be a good sport and wear it for me!

I've also been working on my December Daily, it's nowhere near done but I might be able to show some sneak peeks soon!

Almost December!!!!

I love this time of year.  We just put up the Christmas tree last night and today we're docorating the house.  It is so beautiful.  I love the soft glow of the lights.  It's probably the only time of year where I actually sit at watch tv in the living room.

I'm starting a December daily this week, I know it's a little late for it but I just can't do it until I know what pics will go into it so it will likely be a month long project for me.

I have been working on a few other Chrismas projects including a mixed media Canvas!   It's my first canvas and I had so much fun doing it (even if all my paint was dry)!!  LOL

 

 

 

I also made a rosette tree.  I got the inspiration for it on the cover of the CTMH magazine.  This one was a lot of work!!

November DT reveal at Scrapbook Nerd!

I got to work with MME products again this month!  How lucky am I???  The Cut & Paste Charm is such a beautiful collection with the blue, teal and orange!! 

I have been wanting to do a LO with a pie chart in it for a long time. When I saw the tiny word stickers I knew it would be perfect for it!

 I can't tell you all how much I love my Cameo. I use it almost all the time for titles on my LO's!

I love how adding something as simple as a couple enamel dots can make such a difference!

 

I was excited to see how well this paper matched with my son's hockey jersey!
