Curls!

Last Saturday was my grandmother's 90 birthday.  We had a little party for her and my daughter asked me to curl her hair.  She had curly hair when she was younger and now it just curls on the side of her face.  Well I curled her hair and she was so beautiful I had to do a little photo shoot!  They turned out pretty good!

Getting my scrap on!

I had so much fun last weekend at the LCOM crop!  I hadn't been to a crop since September!!!  I managed to get 4 LO's done, that's pretty good for me since I'm such a slow scrapper.

NSD was awesome!

I had a good friend come over for the whole weekend!  It was so much fun.  We laughed, watched online shows, ate yummy foods and of course we scrapped!!!  I participated in the online crop at Scrapbook Nerd and here is what I got done!  (I got inpiration on Pinterest for a few of these)

I found my mojo!!!

After a very busy winter with the kid's hockey and ringette, I was having a hard time creating a LO that I really loved. It's not like I hadn't scrapped all winter, just not as much as I usually do.   Well finally Saturday night I made one that I really like!  It was so much fun to do.  It certainly helps that my daughter is such a good sport at letting me take photos of her! 

Scrapbooking inspiration

As scrapbookers, we sometimes go through periods where just can't seem to get inspired to create.  That's where I was a few weeks ago.  But then I found this place and I like it so much there that I thought I would share it will all of you (I can't keep it all to myself right??)

It's a new Canadian store called Scrapbook Nerd (how cute is that name?).  Anyway, the store is amazing with all the newest products on the market.  It also has a forum filled with friendly people and a gallery.

You should go over and check it out, you won't be disappointed!!!

My little Rock Star!!!

 

My daughter had temporary color put in her hair today. It will be gone when she washes it. It was so cute I decided to do a "rock star" photo shoot! It was so much fun. I can't wait to scrap these pics!

 

 

 

 

 

Busy winter!

Wow, what a busy winter I have had.  Both my kids play hockey and this year my daughter played ringette as well.  I really love to watch them play, but with only 2 weeks left of the season, I'm kinda glad it coming to an end.  I haven't had much time for anything else this winter.  I've done a bit of scrapping.  Here is some of what I managed to find time for this winter:
